Cancellations and rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a private session or programme appointment. When less than 24 hours' notice is provided, the session will be charged in full or deducted from the client's package.

All changes remain subject to appointment availability.

Late arrival

Sessions begin and finish at the confirmed time. If a client arrives late, the session may continue for the remaining booked time, but lost time cannot be extended, carried forward or replaced.

No-shows

Failure to attend a confirmed session without notice is treated as a no-show. The full session fee will be charged or the session will be deducted from the client's package.

Packages and programmes

Every package and programme has an expiry date confirmed at the time of purchase. Sessions must be used before that date. Unless an approved medical exception applies, packages and programmes are non-refundable and unused sessions expire at the end of the stated validity period.

Public workshops

Public-workshop bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. If LiveWire cancels a workshop, participants will be offered an alternative date, account credit or a refund for the cancelled workshop.

Instructor illness or cancellation

If the instructor is unwell or LiveWire cannot deliver a booked session, the session will be rescheduled without charge. If a reasonable alternative cannot be provided, the affected session will be credited or refunded.

Medical conditions and exceptions

A request to postpone a package or programme, extend its expiry, or receive a medical refund must be supported by a dated report from a licensed medical practitioner confirming that the client is unable to participate.

Approved medical adjustments apply only to eligible unused sessions and do not reverse sessions already completed, missed or cancelled late. Each request will be reviewed reasonably in light of the medical information and applicable law.
